The Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) Washington, DC Chapter largely focuses on the Department of Defense, intelligence community, national security and military health related agencies. The mission of the US Cyber Challenge is to significantly reduce the shortage in today’s cyber workforce by serving as the premier program to identify, attract, recruit and place the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. The CMMC Center of Excellence is an IT-AAC sponsored and hosted public – private partnership that will be the focal point for coordination, communication, and collaboration in support of entities seeking to achieve the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification requirements, to improve and enhance the cybersecurity and overall security of the supply chain for the defense industrial base and the United States Department of Defense.
